A significant milestone in our journey – SteadFin officially relocated its operations to SteadFin Tower (3rd Floor), our new and permanent home. The move was finalized on June 10th, 2025, and to mark this important transition, we held a member-guided office tour and celebration on June 17th, 2025. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all members who joined us for the occasion, it was a warm, engaging, and memorable gathering.
Event Highlights
The celebration kicked off with a guided office tour led by the CEO, followed by a coffee session and interactive remarks from the Board and Management.
In her address, the CEO described the relocation as a major milestone in SteadFin’s journey of growth, innovation, and service excellence. She reflected on the SACCO’s humble beginnings and credited the dedication, vision, and leadership of members and stakeholders for the steady progress made over the years.
She recognized the foresight of the former Board, chaired by Mr. Xavier Ejoyi, and the leadership of former CEO Mr. Benjamin Mukasa, under whose tenure SteadFin Tower was officially opened in 2021. Initially leased to external tenants, the premises were reoccupied by SteadFin following a strategic decision by the current Board and Management.
A Vision for the Future
Looking ahead, the CEO emphasized SteadFin’s 2025 strategic focus on Innovation, Creativity, and Member Experience, reaffirming the SACCO’s commitment to becoming a thriving institution with financially liberated members.
She also highlighted newly introduced, member-centered financial products, including:

- Asset Financing

These offerings are part of a broader effort to address evolving member needs and support financial empowerment across sectors.
Additionally, the CEO pointed to SteadFin’s ongoing investments in technology and automation, enabling services such as online loan applications and instant withdrawals, for greater accessibility and convenience regardless of location.

The event concluded with a prayer and dedication moment, setting a reflective tone for the day. Members shared personal messages of encouragement and support before gathering for a group photo to commemorate this new chapter.
