We celebrate the success of the second cohort of the Member Cooperative Development Program (MCDP)—a transformative training program designed to empower members with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in the cooperative movement.
This unique three-day program brought together 30 committed participants, eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact in their lives, communities, and the SACCO at large.
From November 28th to November 30th, the second cohort engaged in immersive workshops, expert-led sessions, and peer-driven discussions that provided practical tools and insights into the cooperative business model. Topics included financial planning, leadership development, and retirement planning, equipping participants to take active roles in SteadFin’s growth and their personal endeavors.
The success of MCDP Cohort 2 underscores SteadFin’s commitment to member education as a core pillar of its mission and the cooperative principles.
Under the program’s guiding slogan, “Small Actions, Big Impact,” MCDP continues to cultivate a pool of cooperative pioneers who understand and embrace the cooperative model, and to our Cohort 2 participants: Congratulations on your remarkable achievement!
