Before joining SteadFin, my land in Kyanja remained undeveloped. It had a plantation, but no commercial structures were in place. To bring my vision to life, I approached SteadFin Uganda SACCO for a loan. With the funds I received, I was able to construct and complete rental shops, transforming the land into a profitable venture.
The rental income has not only allowed me to repay my loan comfortably but also generate additional income. With this success, I am now planning to develop the adjacent plot by constructing apartments, for which I will need further financial support.
