“I had always struggled to save for my various investment goals and often found it challenging to meet my liquidity targets. Resorting to borrowing from banks with their high interest rates was simply not sustainable. However, since I became involved in the allotment process and began utilizing top-up loans from SteadFin, my financial landscape has transformed.
From 2020 to the present, I’ve strategically saved and utilized loan top-ups to acquire an impressive portfolio, including 17 plots of land and two farms, all with registered land titles. One farm spans 40 acres, while one plot boasts two apartment blocks.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to leverage the profits from my ventures to expand into agro-tourism on the farm and further develop my real estate holdings. With the support of SteadFin, I’m also planning to construct additional apartment buildings and even establish a school.
